Doing our Part
At Drayton, we strive to support the wider Consumer sector community and ecosystem; whether that be through our nominated charity Grocery Aid, whom we have backed for over a decade and annually fundraise for their national and international sport-led events, or leading pro-bono searches for charitable foundations. Our team have taken great pleasure in delivering bespoke Leadership Development training to key not-for-profit organisations in the Consumer sector.
Diversity & Inclusion
D,E&I is deeply important to our business, and fundamental to our industry. We have a dedicated Drayton D, E & I champion and we build our knowledge at the leading annual Diversity and Inclusion events, which then feed in to our own Lunch & Learn series. Central to our DraytonAssess proposition is psychometric testing, helping to deliver unbiased, objective assessments of candidates to create shortlists that truly represent the highest potential of the addressable market.
