At Drayton, we strive to support the wider Consumer and Industrial community through initiatives that make a meaningful difference, whether by supporting our nominated charity, Grocery Aid, which we have proudly backed for over a decade and for which we annually fundraise through its national and international sporting events, or by leading pro bono executive searches for charitable foundations. Our team have taken great pleasure in delivering bespoke Leadership Development training to key not-for-profit organisations in the Consumer and Industrial sectors.

D,E&I is deeply important to our business, and fundamental to our industry. We have a dedicated Drayton D, E & I champion and we build our knowledge at the leading annual Diversity and Inclusion events, which then feed in to our own Lunch & Learn series.
