They are looking for a seasoned leader with a career foundation in product design, someone who can craft and execute the creative vision, ensuring product and campaign development that resonates deeply with their audience while continuing to grow their reach.
The ideal person will be working at Head of or Director level in Creative or Design and have the following experience:
- Leadership Experience: A seasoned leader within a well-known, direct-to-consumer (D2C), design-led, inspiring apparel brand, specialising in womenswear. A proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to success.
- Comparable Business Environment: Track record of contributing to the growth of a high-turnover brand, ideally scaling from £10m to £100m, while driving innovation and maintaining a strong market presence.
- Product Development: A deep expertise in product development, with formal training in technical garment design and production. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience guiding creative teams through fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Successful experience of working cross-functionally to create cohesive strategies for product launches and promotional campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Creative Thinker: Expertise in fashion design, with an eye for aesthetics and a passion for storytelling through design.
