Drayton are working in partnership with a high growth, well invested and iconic British drinks company to find a new Trade Marketing Manager. Our client was pioneering within the drinks category and, over the last 30 years, have successfully developed an award winning, sustainable and profitable business with a loyal and fast-growing consumer base.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of the commercial growth strategy. The position has a broad and exciting set of responsibilities in a fast paced, agile business. The Trade Marketing and Category expert, with a major focus on winning in the BWS category across new and existing routes to markets, channels, outlets and shopper formats.
To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Trade Marketing manager, with standout experience of working within a similar food & beverage or premium consumer business. Possibly but not exclusively someone coming from a larger organisation, who wants to move to a smaller business that is in a high growth market, is committed to further investment in this area and offers an attractive personal rewards scheme.

- Knowledge of the mechanics and activities that drive the growth and success of premium drinks brands.
- A proven track record of FMCG activation and executing major activities.
- Willing to get into trade, walk the streets and experience the UK drinks market.
- An enthusiastic, tenacious and hardworking self-starter with a desire to win for the team.
- Capable to work cross functionally to make things happen.
- Bright and capable with a willingness to learn and develop both themselves and others.
