Brompton’s ambition is to make cities better places to live in by providing the means to commute or explore by bike. They are a truly global company exporting 80% of their production to 45 countries around the world and intend to produce over 50,000 bikes this year.
The Role
This is a critical senior sales role covering EMEA where significant growth is a strategic priority. This will include the exciting launch of new Brompton Electric. You will be responsible for the EMEA network; managing multiple distributors; be accountable for 35% of global bike sales. You will build sales and marketing capability across the region, identifying new sales channel opportunities and pave the way to alternative routes to market. You will raise brand awareness; develop the customer experience; and safeguard the launch and sustained success of the electric bike.
Person Specification
You will have a minimum of three years multiple market distributor management experience – in either the bicycle, lifestyle or FMCG industry, combined with significant sales management experience and additional languages.
