Our client is looking to bring in an experienced person to manage and lead the company's sourcing and supply chain strategy across the markets they manufacture in, delivering the key objectives of quality, margin and timely delivery of all product.

Key Responsibilities (among others)
- Monitor suppliers performance
- Manage the company's supply portfolio
- Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Authorise vendors and supplier to procure materials
- Analyse and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
- Finalise seasonal cost with vendors and suppliers
The Person
- Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
- Strong costing & negotiation skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with peers and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated and solution oriented
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications
