Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute their eCommerce strategy, including sales goals, website management, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage their online sales channels, including their website and third-party marketplaces.
- Develop and manage their digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Analyze and report on eCommerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other teams across the company to ensure our eCommerce strategy aligns with our overall business goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through online sales channels.
- Experience managing a team of marketing and eCommerce specialists.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and tools, including Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
