  • Global Acumen: A deep understanding of European markets, including a strong network of distributors, customers, and market trends.
  • New Market Wizardry: A proven ability to successfully launch new brands in unfamiliar territories, from scratch.
  • Language Proficiency: Spanish is essential, with additional language skills a plus.
