In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all the day-to-day operating processes of their flagship showroom.
- Leading a team of around 25 people including sales, hospitality, and operations teams.
- Ensuring that all high standards are delivered and procedures are maintained.
Essential requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of 5 years single-site general management experience.
- A good track record of successfully leading teams to deliver outstanding customer service within a watches or jewellery environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
