You'll play a pivotal role in launching a groundbreaking new hydration drink to the UK market (as part of wider Global iniative). Key Responsibilities:
- Launch Leadership: Take the lead in launching and developing a new hydration drink to the UK market.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with major UK grocery retailers, securing new listings and expanding distribution.
- Commercial Acumen: Drive sales, profitability, and category growth through strategic account planning and execution.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, category management, and supply chain teams to deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Need:
- Proven track record in launching and growing soft drinks brands within the UK grocery market.
- Strong relationships with key retailers a proven track record at National Account Management for one, or more, of the top 4 grocers.
- Deep understanding of the soft drinks category and consumer trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L responsibility.
