Senior National Account Manager

Due the expansion of the business, the company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior National Account Manager to join their team. You'll play a pivotal role in launching a groundbreaking new hydration drink to the UK market (as part of wider Global iniative). This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the soft drinks industry in 2025, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch Leadership: Take the lead in launching and developing a new hydration drink to the UK market.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with major UK grocery retailers, securing new listings and expanding distribution.
  • Commercial Acumen: Drive sales, profitability, and category growth through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, category management, and supply chain teams to deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven track record in launching and growing soft drinks brands within the UK grocery market.
  • Strong relationships with key retailers a proven track record at National Account Management for one, or more, of the top 4 grocers.
  • Deep understanding of the soft drinks category and consumer trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L responsibility.
